We believe good software can be transformative. It helps us build, innovate, save, learn and prosper, and Prospect Path’s aim is to connect buyers and sellers of software to make the right choices.

Each day, thousands of organizations use our content and data, access our learning resources and talk with our software advisors. We aim to give software buyers the knowledge and information needed to navigate the enterprise software market and make successful decisions. For vendors of software, we are a platform to connect with organizations as they take the journey to new solutions.

We’ve been connecting buyers and sellers of enterprise software since 2012. We’re a small team, but packed full of experience and dedicated to building platforms that deliver positive outcomes for users and vendors.

We’re a modern technology business built on old-fashioned notions like profitability and positive cash flow. We believe this approach helps us “take care of the money” and makes us listen very carefully when our customers tell us what they need.

How we do business

Our aim is to be net beneficial. We may not change the world, but we hope our effort and ideas will result in a wider positive impact. We hope to build a business that benefits all its stakeholders including customers, employees and the community we live and work in. Here’s how we are trying to practice what we preach!

Building a career with our employees

Everyone in our team is encouraged to embrace the idea of autonomy, mastery and purpose. We aim to give everyone the freedom and resources to self-determine, whilst building a business with well-defined and ambitious goals.

We believe in transparency. The direction the business takes and the decisions we make are widely discussed and documented. For example, our P&L is accessible to anyone in the team as are detailed product and company roadmaps.

Our entry level salaries comfortably exceed the real Living Wage and our average salary is substantially higher.

Improving outcomes for buyers & sellers of software

Our business is dedicated to improving the way organizations find good software. Everyone in our team is working to develop and deliver products that make it easier for a software buyer to connect with the right vendor.

Treating suppliers fairly

Our suppliers are paid promptly. On average our suppliers are paid within 18 days of the receipt of invoice.

Paying taxes locally

We are incorporated in the UK and have a wholly owned subsidiary in the USA. We declare our revenues and pay corporate, sales and employment taxes in those countries.

Sharing our success

Where possible we try to align the outputs of our business with an investment in high impact causes. For example, each sales opportunity we generate for software vendors triggers a donation to Tree Aid. To date we have planted 6,000 trees!
